Ashlie DawkinsArtist and Designer
Ashlie Dawkins is a Jamaican American artist and graphic designer who aspires to make meaningful work that will have a positive impact on the world around her. She spent two years living and working in Busan, South Korea before returning to the States. She loves art, traveling, storytelling, and immersion — always seeking to understand and be understood by the world around her.

She received a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University, and is currently looking for employment opportunities that allow her to create, explore, experiment, and grow.

In her free time, you can find Ashlie curled up with a good book, beginning a drawing she likely won’t finish, dancing, cooking herself a nurishing dinner, or spending time with those she loves.

EXHIBITION DESIGN

2020
Exhibition Design for Jerome Harris’ As, Not For: Dethroning Our Absolutes at Boston University. I worked on an amazing team with my professor, Mary Yang, and three other students. I was responsible for 2D design — how the artwork would be displayed, wall vinyl text/graphics, etc.
